- Bantam 2004-2005 40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/75plus (75 plus 15 lbs + Max difference.)
- Intermediate 2002-2003 50/55/60/65/70/75/80/87/95/103/112/120/(120 plus 20 lbs + Max difference.)
- Novice 2000-2001 60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95/100/105/112/120/120/140/(140 plus 25 lbs + Max difference.)
- Schoolboy 1998-1999 70/77/84/91/98/105/112/120/128/136/144/152/160/190/210/205/285
MUST MAKE EXACT WEIGHT – NO WEIGHT ALLOWANCES
Note: If you do not make the weight that you qualified at the County Tournament, you can not move up a weight class at N.Y.
tournament.
General Information:
- Wrestlers must be current Nassau County residents only.
- Entry fee – $35 NO REFUNDS make check payable to Island Trees Youth Wrestling
- STAGGERED START TIMES intermediate and School Boy 7:30 am check in.
- Bantam and Novice 10:30 am check in. To check in all you have to do is make sure your name is in the correct
- Brackets posted on the walls. If you have a problem contact the head table.
- Entrance to the tournament will be in the REAR OF THE SCHOOL
- General Admission: Adults $3, Children $1, (children under 3 years old are free)
Registration and Weigh In:
- Where: Island Trees High School, 59 Straight Lane, Levittown NY (use rear entrance by baseball field)
- When: Friday, February 17, 2012
- Time: 4 pm until 9 pm in the high school cafeteria
- Who: Nassau County Residents Only – All Wrestlers
- Fee: $35 Island Trees Youth Wrestling
- Every Wrestler needs to have a current USA card to wrestle.
- Advanced registration at weigh-ins only. ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS.
- Please note: At weigh in you will need entry form, fee, USA card, copy of birth certificate, proof of residence.
Directions for Tournament:
- Location: Island Trees Memorial Middle School, 45 Wantagh Ave. South, Levittown NY
- Directions: Hempstead turnpike to Wantagh Avenue South, School is on the left – USE REAR ENTRANCE
Tournament Rules:
- 1. USA WRESTLNG sanctions this event and competitors must present a USA card to participate.
- 2. ONLY coaches with USA Cards will be permitted on mats. 2 coaches per corner.
- 3. Folk-Style, New York State rules. Bout times Bantams & Intermediate: 1-1-1
- School Boy & Novice 1-1.5-1.5, Overtime: sudden death
- Headgear, Singlet or gym shorts, wrestling shoes or sneakers required.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN GYM.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- We will try to give each wrestler 2 matches, NO GUARANTEES
- WRESTLERS MUST BE AT ISLAND TREES MEMORIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL

- Session 1: Check In: 7:30 am for intermediate and Schoolboy
- Session 2: Check In: 10:30 am for bantam and Novice
