Please complete the requested information and email to mhaise@hotmail.com or rdzenie@aol.com to obtain the subsidy being offered to Section XI athletes competing on the SCHOOLBOY DUALS TEAM, CADET DUALS TEAM, JUNIOR DUALS TEAM, AND FARGO TEAM (amounts will vary based on the cost of each trip).
The form will be available at the State Championships in Binghamton, and can be handed directly to Marcia Haise/Dean Zenie, Section XI Co-Chairs. The subsidy can be applied directly to the cost of the 2012 trips, once the athlete has begun participation in the identified event.
